According to R U OK research, 69% of young people are much more likely to discuss mental health concerns privately with a close friend, than with family or in a group setting with friends.

Explore the role that peers play as informal caregivers in mental health prevention and promotion for young people.

Our PDHPE programs play an essential role in helping students develop the skills they need to care and support a friend seeking help.
