HMS Q&A: Health for individuals and communities
July 4 @ 3:45 pm - 5:15 pm AEST
FreeACHPER NSW offers a comprehensive Stage 6 HMS professional learning program, co-designed and delivered by ACHPER NSW staff and experienced teachers.
HMS Q&A are free, informal collaborative planning and discussion sessions on the new HMS syllabus. Come together to work through key implementation tasks, ask questions, and share your challenges with ACHPER NSW staff and colleagues.
HMS Q&A is an opportunity to hear what others are doing and share your ideas – no questions or topics are off-limits. Each Q&A will focus on a topic, but you can also discuss wider issues and questions.
This session will explore ideas for programming and assessing Health for Individuals and Communities. Janice and the team will share sample units and frameworks for delivering this focus area, including ideas for collaborative investigations on this content. Come along with any questions you have about the new content areas.
HMS Q&A runs regularly – you’re welcome to join as many sessions as you like.
