The workshop covers:

- Unpacking the syllabus
- Assessment
- Marking
- Resourcing
- Setting your students up for success.
Learn from both the experienced presenter and networking with other teachers at the same stage as you. The workshop includes a workbook and practical resources including:
- Preliminary and HSC course links
- Sample scope and sequences and assessments grids
- Scaffolds and resources to plan teaching and learning strategies
- Scaffolds for answering HSC style questions
- Multiple choice questions tips.
Who should attend?
Teachers currently teaching Stage 6 for the first time, or will do so in the near future.

Kellie has 15 years of PDHPE teaching experience including K-12, Child Studies and Dance, and Stage 6 CAFS and Exploring Early Childhood. Previous extensive Pastoral Care experience as a Year Coordinator and College Wellbeing Coordinator has contributed to her understanding of effective holistic education to meet the diverse learning needs of all student
Accreditation
Completing Teaching Stage 6 CAFS for the 1st time will contribute 5 hours and 30 minutes of NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) Accredited PD in the priority area of delivery and assessment of NSW curriculum/ELYF – addressing standard descriptors 2.1.2, 2.2.2, 2.3.2 from the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers towards maintaining Proficient Teacher Accreditation in NSW.
