Bumper start to our 2024 Professional Learning – with over 400 teachers coming along to 20 workshops in Term 1.
Most popular was our brand new Designing Year 11 HMS Unit Plans workshop, which largely booked out. The workshop received great feedback including:
“The PL focusing on unit plan design was excellent. I was able to use the template provided to design a unit plan and will be using this plan moving forward, personally, and with my faculty to develop their understanding of pedagogical developments associated with the new Stage 6 HMS syllabus.”
“Was extremely helpful in unpacking the content and assisted in organising it into well-sequenced teaching programs.”
“Highly beneficial for any HMS PDHPE teacher.”
“ACHPER always provides relevant and engaging professional development. The hands on approach allows you to walk away feeling confident that you have the tools and an understanding of the content so you can road map to optimise student learning and engagement.
“ACHPER events are always well presented and very informative.”
