The 2024 ACHPER NSW Early Career Teacher Conference is a unique one-day event for new PDHPE teachers. Become a conference sponsor or exhibitor to show your commitment to healthy and active lifestyles and connect with PDHPE teachers.
Date: Friday 31 May 2024, 8am-3.30pm
Venue: Australian Catholic University, Strathfield Campus, 25A Barker Rd, Strathfield
Delegates are K-12 PDHPE teachers, with less than 3 years of experience. Conference presenters include leading PDHPE experts, academics and experienced teachers.

Conference sponsor $1250
Package inclusions:
- Sponsor logo on banner of conference webpage
- Sponsor logo in footer of one pre-conference EDM
- Sponsor logo front of conference program
- Full page advertisement conference program – to be supplied
- Contact details listing in conference program exhibitor directory
- Logo featured in 2 x conference related social media tiles during Mar-May
- Tagged in conference related social media posts during Mar-May
- Logo to feature in one pre and post conference supporter social media post.
At the conference
- Exhibition space including skirted trestle table (1), tablecloth (1), chairs (2)
- Location in the Conference hub (indoors)
- Morning tea and lunch for representatives
- Logo on conference opening/holding slides
- Provided with list of attendees – name and school only .
All sponsors are required to donate a prize (e.g. voucher, equipment) for conference lucky door prizes.
